Watershed Management Groups Co-op presents a Spring Local Foods Potluck and Free Public Lecture.

Location: Calvin Room, St Mark\’s Presbyterian Church. 3809 East 3rd Street.

This is a semi annual get together for members of Watershed Management Groups Green Living Co-op
and anyone interested in the Co-op.

Please bring:
*A dish to share that includes ingredients grown in Southern Arizona.
*Guests of all ages.
*Your own plates and eating utensils to save on waste.
*If you have produce to share, there will also be space for an exchange table.
*At 7 pm, following on from the potluck, Jesus Garcia of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Kino
Heritage Fruit tree Project will give a captivating talk on his research locating and propagating heirloom fruit
trees from the Missions, Presidios and backyards of southern Arizona and Mexico. He will also talk about
the mission of the project to re-establish historically appropriate fruit trees in orchards such as Mission
Gardens and private residences in Tucson.
