After reading your leaflet I think only one thing is missng from your list-FOR WHITE PEOPLE. As I passed your table I picked up your leaflet because as an educated Black American-not a direct African descendant-I noticed that no one engaged me in conversation-although I work and was reasonably dressed, no one was appreaciative that I had any interest in your organization. I have heard that poor-people who can't afford to support your organization aren't welcome although that isn't the case with me-I have a full-time job and I am about to go for a 2nd working at City Hall. I being from Chicago which as a diverse population-understand that the educational system is somewhat lacking in AZ. People seem to make first impressions based on a skin and apparel. I noticed these so called ecological groups stay within their limited personal groups. Its nice you know each other however I feel since I grew up in the 60's that if you really want to make a change you have to reach out to the uneducated-or as the saying goes walk the talk. It's sad that most of the groups in this time stay within "Their borders" but I guess that's to be expected from a Red state that is also a border town.
